For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $1 Million and above Sponsor will be awarded all listed perks as well as undisclosed perks to be worked out between Sponsor and TCOATH Sponsor will be awarded a temporary seat on the TCOATH board Sponsor will be awarded a plaque of recognition Sponsor’s product or product display will be present at TCOATH fund raising events Sponsor’s logo will be prominent on materials promoting fund raising events Sponsor will have full page advertisement in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive 6 complimentary tickets to the TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive visible Diamond recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive verbal Diamond recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a crystal plaque to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will have entire site named in sponsor’s honor with a standing or wall mounted plaque Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website as a Diamond level sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s website Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH publications as a Diamond level sponsor Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH press releases as a Diamond level sponsor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH donor page as a Diamond level sponsor For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. NOTE: In-kind non-cash contributions: The level to be awarded to the donation will be determined by TCOATH, not by the dollar value placed upon the donation by the contributor. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $750,000 - $1 million Sponsor will be awarded a temporary seat on the TCOATH board Sponsor will be awarded a plaque of recognition Sponsor’s product or product display will be present at TCOATH fund raising events Sponsor’s logo will be prominent on materials promoting fund raising events Sponsor will have full page advertisement in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive visible Platinum recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive verbal Platinum recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a crystal plaque to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will have entire site named in sponsor’s honor with a standing or wall mounted plaque Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website as a Platinum level sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s website Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH publications as a Platinum level sponsor Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH press releases as a Platinum level sponsor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH donor page as a Platinum level sponsor For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $300,000 - $749,999 Sponsor will be awarded call in representation to TCOATH board meetings Sponsor’s product or product display will be present at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor’s logo will be prominent on materials promoting fund raising events Sponsor will have half page advertisement in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive visible Excalibur level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive verbal Excalibur level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a gold tone plaque to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will have area of a site named in sponsor’s honor with a standing or wall mounted plaque Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website as an Excalibur level sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s website Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH publications as an Excalibur level sponsor Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH press releases Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH donor page as an Excalibur level sponsor For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $75,000 - $299,999 Sponsor’s product or product display will be present at TCOATH fund raising events Sponsor’s logo will be present on materials promoting fund raising events Sponsor will have quarter page advertisement in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor will receive visible Pinnacle level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event at area of product display Sponsor will receive verbal Pinnacle level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a silver tone plaque to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will have area of TCOATH’s choosing an area of a site named in sponsor’s honor with a wall mounted plaque showing donor level on public display Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website as a Pinnacle level sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s website Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH publications as a Pinnacle level sponsor Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH press releases Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH donor page as a Pinnacle level sponsor For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. NOTE: In-kind non-cash contributions: The level to be awarded to the donation will be determined by TCOATH, not by the dollar value placed upon the donation by the contributor. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $20,000 - $74,999 Sponsor’s logo will be present on materials promoting fund raising events(one event) Sponsor will have a 1/8TH page advertisement in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event (one event) Sponsor will receive limited visible Crystal level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event at area of product display (one event) Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a plaque listing all Crystal level donors to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website as a Crystal level sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s website Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH publications as a Crystal level sponsor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH donor page as a Crystal level sponsor For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. NOTE: In-kind non-cash contributions: The level to be awarded to the donation will be determined by TCOATH, not by the dollar value placed upon the donation by the contributor. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $10,000 - $19,999 Sponsor’s name will be listed as Ovation lever donor on donor page in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event (one event) Sponsor will receive limited visible level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event at area of product display (one event) Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a plaque listing all Ovation level donors to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website as an Ovation level sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s website Sponsor will be listed in all TCOATH publications as an Ovation level sponsor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH donor page as a Ovation level sponsor For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. NOTE: In-kind non-cash contributions: The level to be awarded to the donation will be determined by TCOATH, not by the dollar value placed upon the donation by the contributor. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $2,500 - $9,999 Sponsor’s name will be listed as an Excelsior lever donor on donor page in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event (one event) Sponsor will receive limited visible level recognition at TCOATH fund raising event at area of product display. The limit of this space differs for each level (one event) Sponsor’s name and award level will be etched on a plaque listing all Excelsior level donors to be mounted on the TCOATH wall of honor Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website donor page as an Excelsior level sponsor (one year) For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. NOTE: In-kind non-cash contributions: The level to be awarded to the donation will be determined by TCOATH, not by the dollar value placed upon the donation by the contributor. For an in-kind and/or cash donation valued at $100 - $2,499 Sponsor’s name will be listed as a Gem lever donor on donor page in brochure promoting TCOATH fund raising event (one event) Sponsor will be listed on the TCOATH public website donor page as a Gem level sponsor (6 months) For one-time donors, the perks will last for twelve months from the time of the donation. NOTE: In-kind non-cash contributions: The level to be awarded to the donation will be determined by TCOATH, not by the dollar value placed upon the donation by the contributor.
